Wrong product sent not aligned to order, multiples emails not responded to. Clearly not interested in responding to customer concerns.

Mrs is quite new on vibes scene and tried few trying to find what she likes but this one seems to be the pick. The squishy softish texture and not being so stiff like others is what she likes. The vibrations is strong enough but doesn’t make her go numb. Happy spouse happy house
Toy turned on randomly half way through the night and would not turn off. After 10 mins the middle of the toy was warm, nearly hot to touch.
